Sewing Studio
Copy Cuts is an intimate sewing studio at the home of Dawne & Jack Whelpley. This quaint and cozy cottage setting provides a relaxing space that is well equipped for the sewing enthusiast. You will have the use of high quality sewing machines, cutting tables & every necessity to complete any sewing project.
Instruction at the studio is geared to people of all ages from 16 to 92 and every level of sewer. Learn to sew Classes are limited to 3 sewers to allow for ample attention.

I'm a wife and homemaker of 47 years, mother of two, grandmother of three, and gramma of 5 canine fur babies and 4 felines. Don't tell my kid, the fur babies are my nearest and dearest faves.
Jack is retired and now manages the cottage for me. He can often be found putting about so don't be alarmed, he doesn't bite. Neither do the dogs when they are visiting.
I was born in Calgary and moved to Vernon in 1993. After holding down too=many=to=mention jobs, I started Charlee Couture, maternity boutique, in Kelowna. Oh how I loved it!
Six years later, life took a drastic turn, as it has a tenancy to do, and I started Copy Cut Fashions, adding the sewing studio in April 2019. It has proven to be an excellent turn in the road for us and we have full intentions of continuing forward for a long time to come.
Kismet Cottage
All year the Kismet Cottage is buzzing with activity, yet the surroundings are relaxing.
Christmas is a sparkling time at the Cottage. Every year, more lights and characters are added to make it even brighter.
The spirit around the Cottage is inviting and stimulating, all year round!
Located in Vernon, BC, it is a snap to find. At 16th Ave (top of hospital hill (hwy to Kelowna), Jim's Pizza is on the right. Turn there, then again at first left. It's a dead end and we are on the left side of the small court.
